ALL INDUSTRIAL has distributed industrial power-transmission parts across Romania since 2019: electric motors, gear motors and worm gear reducers, couplings, sprockets and roller chains, pulleys and belts. Its customers are maintenance and purchasing teams in factories, machine builders and integrators. The new site replaces their WordPress shop with a custom B2B platform: storefront, CMS and a light CRM in one Next.js app.
The catalogue, about 14,100 products in 370 categories, moved across with every URL, title and description intact. Around it sit a real quote workflow (offers built in the admin, emailed as PDFs with Accept and Decline buttons), company accounts that see their own agreed prices, three online configurators and product images rendered from parametric 3D models generated in code from the catalogue dimensions.
I ran the project end to end: the client proposal, the design direction and storefront mockups, the architecture, development and delivery. Launch is pending, so there is no public link yet.

Parametric 3D Products
About 9,000 product images are rendered from 3D models generated in code from the catalogue dimensions. An interactive 3D view shows each part with its dimensions labelled.
Online Configurators
Configurators for worm gear motors, forced-ventilation motors and complete couplings. Any configuration goes to a specialist in one click.
Quotes, End to End
A quote basket and request form on the storefront. Staff build the offer in the admin, the customer receives a branded PDF by email with Accept and Decline buttons, and reminders follow on their own.
Company Accounts & Own Prices
Account requests are checked against the ANAF company registry and approved by staff. Each company sees its own agreed prices, loaded in the browser so every page stays cached.
SEO-Safe Migration
About 14,100 products moved from WooCommerce with every URL, title and description kept, a redirect map compiled at build time, structured data and sitemaps.
Fast Pages, Custom Admin
Pages are rendered ahead and cached at the edge, the font is subset to 100 KB and speed is checked every night on a slow mobile connection. The Payload admin is restyled in Romanian, with roles for sales, catalogue and accounting.
