Airport parking you can book in a minute, and a back office that runs the lot.
ManGO Parking is a secure car park with a free shuttle next to Bucharest’s Otopeni airport. I designed and built the public site, the customer account and the full back office: two booking products, card payments, automatic invoicing, a check-in desk and broker integrations.
Customers buy prepaid daily credits or book a long-term stay for exact dates, priced from per-day tiers with seasonal overrides. Staff run arrivals and departures from a check-in console, while reservations from third-party brokers flow in automatically.

Two Booking Products

Payments & Auto-Invoicing
Netopia card payments with SmartBill invoices issued automatically: proforma or fiscal depending on payment method, and a reversal on cancellation.
Check-in / Check-out Desk
A three-tab console for arrivals, departures and overdue cars, with plate lookup, walk-ins, overstay charges and a scheduled no-show detector.
Broker Auto-Import
Reservations from third-party parking brokers are pulled in every fifteen minutes, so the lot always works from one list.
Back Office
Cashbook, refunds, vouchers and promotions, capacity, shuttle schedule, reviews, audit log and a content hub for the public site, with admin, agent and driver roles.
Bilingual & Transactional Email
Romanian/English throughout, with thirty-plus bilingual email templates for confirmations, reminders and low-credit warnings.
